Still seeing a warning? Your Defender may be using a stale cached signature. Microsoft's own resolution steps: open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:
cd %ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender
MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures
MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate
This only refreshes Defender's detection cache, it doesn't disable real-time protection.
